The Fox and Hounds

Across the county today for my regular lunch with old colleagues. We used to entertain in our own homes but as they get older some of the hosts have started taking us to their local pubs. (I still entertain them, but I'm a bit younger than the rest of them!) We had plenty of chat with lots of memories. We had the usual problem trying to remember names.
Today's pub was The Fox and Hounds at Tilburstow in this lovely typical Wealden timber framed building. There was a great atmosphere and an excellent menu. I wish it was nearer, I would take Normous there.
