Petticoat Lane market

I’ve continued to explore the area near my new office today. Just yards from the city and banks is Petticoat Lane, home to One of East London’s oldest markets.

While there are now multiple stalls selling world cuisine to the office workers it still retains something of its old character despite the gentrification taking place around it.

you can buy clothes and suits, fabrics and shoes. I do like the look of the food markets though and it’s reasonably cheap so I might try something at some point
