Taronga Zoo to Balmoral

Stagger day today and The Boss has this really great book “Sydney’s Best Harbour and Coastal Walks” which over the years he has been working his way through so today was a new and really great one. The book lists it as medium and 6.5 km but by the time he arrived back at his apartment he had racked up 18 km which included some food shopping and walking to the ferry this morning. The harbour here has wonderful walking trails and this one rates really high especially when he got to George’s heights and discovered a French Cafe with lemon and sugar crepes for lunch....it’s an old military area that has been converted into an artists area.
Getting back was wonderfully complicated as he caught a bus at Balmoral Bay (main image)which went to Chatswood and he caught a train from there to Sydney. If you are thinking of coming here get an “opal” card for all transport it’s wonderful. The second extra is “Snow White’s grandfather checking the cups... This was a VIVID feature set up in the Main Street.
And the last extra is “Bush and Boats” a view along the way.
Another lucky Tech Twist was finding out that he can watch Apple movies on his NZ account from Aus which is wonderful as the 9 +++ tv channels are complete ####### Right?
