Ynys Llanddwyn
Is a small tidal island off the southwest coast of Anglesey with some interesting history, some maritime with a couple of lighthouses and nearby pilots' cottages, the cross and an old church dedicated to St Dwynwen, patron saint of lovers. Her holy well had eels in it, she would scatter breadcrumbs on the water, place a handkerchief on the surface and if the eels disturbed it then this signified your lover was faithful.
