Regimental Memorial

SUNDAY

The obligatory bank holiday rain materialised this morning putting the damper on plans for a day out. Instead I continued to fight my losing battle with four squirrels who have demolished the new reinforced bird feeder in less than 24 hours. 

A trip down Halifax this afternoon gave me the chance to check out the newly-unveiled memorial to the Duke of Wellington's Regiment (by sculptor Andrew Sinclair).
