Vaguely Interesting

This apartment building has been sitting more or less like this for MONTHS--all through the rainy season!  One can see some of the window openings have nothing installed in them.  I'm skeptical I'd want to live in one of those apartments when it is completed!  Anyhow the substructure of bright yellow is rather pretty.  I wonder what the exterior will look like, when it is finished.
