I THOUGHT IT HIGH TIME
to bring some order in the ever augmenting christmas decorations. So I started early in the morning and I succeeded splendidly. I am good in clearing but perhaps better in making a mess. Too strong expressed I think.
I took some pictures of the alternative tree, but this clearly is beyond my technical possibilities. After lunch I opted for a walk and although it started to rain softly as soon as I was outside, I liked the fresh air a lot.
The water of the Weser stood rather high and the meadows along it were flooded already. I ventured not to follow the path along the river too far, but had a look at the ducks at the shore in town.
We'll have a simple dinner, Mischa at least anyway, she can only eat mashed food, like mashed potato, mashed apples and soya yoghurt. But we have cooked marrons and if we mash those too, we all can enjoy them.
A Christmas story to complete the day.
My haiku:
All material
Things seem to glue fixed forever
Get rid of them now!
And the proverb:
It is good to be merry and wise.
Wish you all a Very Merry Christmas!
