Park Run Glossop

A new level of Parkrun casual this week, strolling over at 9.05 with a piece of toast in my hand. First time I’ve had to catch up with the tail walker! This is my favourite section of the run through the beautiful rose garden. My least favourite section (x3) is where you have to run through the woodland downhill avoiding numerous tree stumps along the way. One of these days I’m sure I’m going to roll headfirst down that section!
