Church family BBQ today. Went off very well and is the first of the summer season

And doing some gardening late this afternoon a stood funny while taking up the box hedge and felt something snap. Slight pain above the knee with certain movements I can’t do. Ham string injury I suspect. Tuesday I will contact my sport therapist. Gym tomorrow, I hope.
