Welcome home

Firstly, thanks for the comments and stars for yesterday’s beach blip.
We arrived back at my daughter’s house in Bristol about 01:44 am this morning. After some catching up with them we drove through heavy rain on the M4 and a traffic hold up around Bridgend. Stopped for some shopping and by the time we reached home it was dry so I put washing on, watered the house plants and G cut the grass.
What a difference a week has made in the garden, lots of new flowers opened including this lovely mauve coloured rose which came from my Aunt Val’s garden.
Early night is called for tonight.
