Still fine whisky

The Cardhu whisky distillery, where they make:
'Cardow 100% Pure Pot Still Highland Malt Whisky’.

The still room - where the all important boiling of the wash from the wort  results in the evaporation and condensation of the alcohol. This then goes on to get barrelled in oak for at least 3 years in Scotland for it to become an official malt Scotch whisky.
