Night out in Edinburgh

After a late night on Friday I was regretting arranging to meet a friend and her new partner on Saturday evening but after a lazy day spent knitting ( only stirring myself to stop my daughter at a BarBQ in the rain) we got organised to head into town. And I am so glad we did - lovely evening with great company, good food and more than a few glasses of a very delicious Pinot noir.

End of the evening slightly prolonged by a long wait for a taxi so another late blip from me.

The restaurant has many beautiful posters round the walls and I was taken with this one with the Harry Lauder one.
