Laptop restored! Again!!

Hi there everyone. I am sorry that I am not on here every day, but I always seem to be kept busy!! This photo will show you what I have been doing. At Christmas, we bought my eldest son Dominic ( Father to Kyra & Lewis) a new laptop that is windows 10. He therefore gave this one (windows 7), that used to be mine, to Kyra. I had already put the laptop back to factory settings, and reinstalled the OS, as he had mucked it up. So it was all set for her to use. However, they insisted on putting the Sims game on it, and this laptop just hasn't got the processing power and facility for such a resource hungry game. So what happens!! It became totally unusable. We couldn't even get it to start up properly. I therefore, had to once again reinstall the operating system, and 185 updates! The only thing is, that I had to do these updates in sets of no more than 10, otherwise it failed them. It took me 3 days to sort this laptop out, and I am happy to say that all is well with it now, but for how long...I wonder!!! This laptop is perfectly fine, if you don't  run hungry programmes etc. I am afraid my son is not very good with electrical gadgets...bless him!
Anyhow, this explains why I have been so busy. Sorry about the long write up. I am sure you got bored after a couple of lines!!
