'And They're Off!'

If it's Saturday, then it must be Parkrun.  Several Hobblers were helping this morning and it was good to see Hobbler Helen back looking very fit and well and doing a grand job of tailwalking whilst partner Neil ran the distance.

Afterwards Tony headed home and I walked up to Hannah's to have some highlights put in my hair in readiness for the wedding next month, woo hoo! 

The remainder of the day has been spent processing the photos from the morning's run and relaxing.
