Ponte de Lima

We are in this first village in Portugal and looking across the Roman/ Medieval Bridge with it’s 15 plus arches on what was the extreme of the Roman Empire in this peninsula.. or was it?

Anyway it’s great being here. A fine river, fine people and lots of crusaders on the Santiago de Compostela Walk.
