On and off the water

The morning was mostly spent on the water, trying out the new club race boat. As it was largely due to my persuasion that the club bought it, I thought I was entitled to take it out for its maiden voyage. As we had no available champagne it had to make do with Chateau Grand Union (which is definitely NOT drinkable!) The boat is great though. If I ever race K1 I think it would work!
The afternoon was off the water - ambling around the Mere with the dogs. Someone was out on a SUP. I really struggle to see the point of them.
