Meet the new lodgers

A pair of house martins has chosen to build in our south facing gable end.  This was the change over moment when the incoming bird with a beak full of mud almost collided with the outgoing bird that was only just taking off. Purdy is definitely not impressed with this activity in addition to the resident hedgehog in the garden and a pair of bluetits nesting in our box.
