grove stop

B wanted to get a grove shot since our christmas road trip began, and this morning around 7:30am en route to Denver, he found one.

i was lucky enough to snap a cool shot too!

we made great time and had the roads mostly to ourselves driving today. we thought we would make it without running into any bad weather, but we hit the front/side of a storm just outside colorado springs; the last hour or so was a little stressful--i haven't driven much in winter conditions, but handled it ok. biggest problem was the windshield wipers left a streak actually in my line of sight, so it was hard to see and the snow didn't help much. But we made it just fine and i am i so excited for the wonderful white christmas.
