Bit of a Jungle

This colourful corner of plants is lurking at the back of the conservatory and can't really be seen unless you are walking to the back gate.  It's a bit of a jungle there, with many of the shrubs needing a good cut back and possibly moving to another area.  We did a quick assessment of what needs doing, but neither of us could summon up the energy to do it today:-)

Instead, we put out the garden table and chairs and the parasol and sat outside to enjoy the warm sunshine and the birds.  There's no point in having a garden if you don't spend time relaxing in it!  That's our excuse, anyway:-)
