I've been having some problems with my back recently, but yesterday evening it was particularly bad, and I went to lie down for a while. When I tried to get up to take my medication it was excruciatingly painful, and I couldn't get back into bed again. I managed to get downstairs and get into a more comfortable chair, but I hardly got any sleep, and it isn't any better today, so this is really an emergency picture.
