Walked the Coastal Footpath towards Pemberton - en route popped into a cafe for bacon sandwiches - it reminded us of the one in Heckmondwike the Bus Pass Walkers use - even if it did have crushed avocado on toast on the menu

Prior to walking around Kidwelly - walked into Llanelli - again using the Coastal Footpath - just on our way out to walk back - discovered places for beer and curry there - late tea sorted
