Merry Christmas!

A very Merry Christmas Blippers!

A lovely walk into the hills this morning on a pretty quiet, but crisp and dry day that is much brighter than this photograph suggests. The walk up to the top is pretty steep but the little woofer took it all in his stride, managing it with a bounce in his step that was sadly missing from his two legged companion ;) Whilst Sunday & Monday were public holidays to celebrate the Emperor's birthday, today is a normal working day. So on my way back down the hill I stopped off at a bakery to pick up a lovely Christmas cheesecake - complete with candles and a shaky rendition of the Japanese version of 'We wish you a Merry Christmas' from the staff!

An afternoon of Christmas movies awaits, followed by Christmas dinner with some of the trimmings and a slice of that lovely cake before an early evening catch up with friends and family. Oh and another woofer walk or two... possibly before the champagne lol! Wishing everyone a lovely day :)
