Lunch and police with guns

Easier day today.

I had to take Ella to work , she started at 1 pm. So we went and had some yummy fresh Spring Rolls from the Thai Container on Bealy Ave on the way.
Was very nice, easy, and others were doing the same.

Dropped her at work, drove back home passing the lunch spot. Right across the road from the tables there were at least six armed police in the middle of some drama with a guy they had pinned down on the ground. There were police cars everywhere, bystanders looking at the goings on etc.
I don’t know what the situation was about, but seeing all the guns made me very nervous and on edge. It seems to be the new normal now though, since the Mosque shootings.
