Bee gone!

My cotoneaster is full of bees at the moment. But I spotted one little bee unmoving on the ground. I’m never sure if I should intervene or not, but I made up some sugar water and it seemed to stick its proboscis in it and have a drink. I sat beside it for about 15 minutes watching it gradually start to move. It seemed to be grooming itself and trying out its wings. One little ant kept coming over to it, only to be given a kick away. I left it and when I went back later it had disappeared . Hopefully back to normal.
