Taking it Easy

I've been taking it really easy today. Partly because the weather is grey and wet, and partly because I have a cold and am giving my body maximum chance to recover before our trip next week.
Jan decided to create some firelighters. we used cut up toilet roll centres and candle stumps. It really seemed to work well. The technique was learned from my ex-boss, who got it from her young daughter!
Taking it easy also included finishing Kate Atkinson's book "A God in Ruins". I think I've read every book she has written so far, and am looking forward to her next one.
