Candles on the Tree

Today was Weinachten in Germany and we're just back from Susi's mum's after eating, drinking, chatting and, oh yes, opening the presents. I really like having real candles on the Christmas tree; they'll just be lit a couple of times this year and this evening was for the main event. We only just decorated the tree after lunch and it'll have to come down again before we head home so it gets about a week in the limelight. But it looked great and we all had a good time.
