Cream Cheese Pairings

It goes with so many things. My lunch today -- open-face sandwiches on a toasted crusty bread roll. The one on the left has cranberry and orange jam. I'm sure you'll recognize smoked salmon on the other one.

One of my pickleball games turned into a mini-marathon this morning. We eventually won at 18-16. A game can end when one side scores eleven points, but only if they have a two-point advantage.
