Howick Hall
The gardens of Howick Hall Northumberland were so beautiful today. A new sensory garden with many new plantings, fields of tulips and woodland full of dazzling colours and sweet perfume of Azalea and Rhododendron.
Lunch in the gracious tea room with Earl Grey tea was most enjoyable too.
Earl Grey lived in Howick Hall in the 1800s and created the blend of Earl Grey tea. Sadly for his descendants he omitted to register the patent for his creation.
