A Basket Case

The floral baskets we hung the other day are coming along well.  At least this one is - the others are a bit slower to catch up.  There's quite a floral welcome for anyone who comes to our door (see Extras), so just hope some of them last through the summer too.

A dull start to the day, but the sun is shining brightly now (at 8 pm).  Crazy weather!

We've moved the bird feeders (yet again) and they are back on the decking.  It seemed rather pointless spending a fortune on sunflower hearts, seeds, peanuts and fat balls when we couldn't even see them!  However, we're already having to chase away the pigeons and crows, so don't know how long they will last there.  Any suggestions on how to keep the larger birds away and just feed the smaller ones?
