Near work

I loved this setup, a new one for me. Several apartment buildings with a ground level parking in between. On top of the parking area they built this. Isn't that a great idea? Room to park, but not a view on cars and an area to sit in. I wonder if they'll have neighbourhood bbq's in summertime.
