Zen garden

I went to the garden centre to get a present for my friend’s birthday on Saturday. There were lots of ready planted patio containers and she likes being in the garden so I hope she likes the one I got. I went to ‘beginners’ yoga this afternoon to ease back into it. There was no way a beginner could do it, I found it quite taxing.
