Six Locks

A longer bike ride today, approximately 6 miles and covering 6 locks of the canal.  A glorious day for it!  Every time I'm out I can start to see the difference in my performance.

This may seem nothing but when my life was taken away from me with chronic kidney disease, to be back out there enjoying life again is just awesome. The difference it makes to your mental health is also a big bonus.
