Dinner with Peter.

When Peter read about making a smoker to cook meat, we knew he would probably make one! So, after a while a barrel arrived, he bought various bits of piping etc. It’s now complete and when we arrived today a piece of Brisket was slowly cooking. I’ve just sampled a piece and it is delicious!
