Ramadan

We missed the first half of Ramadan, but here for the last two weeks.  We are not allowed to eat or drink in public from sunrise to sunset and all food outlets and fast food places are closed then too.  If you are caught eating or drinking you are arrested and can get jail time or a hefty fine. Roads are quiet  too but come 6.30pm it is busy again. Malls are open until 1.00am and people are out and about
