Cabbage Trees and Flax Bushes

I went to Christchurch and completed my shopping before lunchtime. This gave me time to spend time at the Yaldhurst Reserve. As most of the trees etc. are natives it doesn’t change with the seasons as it would with deciduous trees. A lot of them are spiky as in cabbage trees, flax and tussock. The main shot is best seen full screen. The extra shot shows the giant seat that is too big for me to sit on.
