A big block

This old house has been empty and in very bad shape for years. The huge block has now been sold and it seems to me that the semi-derelict  house may be preserved and restored.

As you can see, the heavy equipment has been in, clearing the former garden and the rest of the property, ready for new housing. Hard to say how many houses or units will be approved. The land has a wonderful view over the city lights of Adelaide.
