Courthouse Construction

They're doing something on the north-east corner of the courthouse property.  I don't know what they're planning and when I asked one of the construction workers he said they were building ......"a titty bar" ....
      I'm thinking that, as a Property Tax paying, legal resident of the county, I should not have to fork over the cover charge once it's open!
