The Lens Ball Srikes Again

As I had to get up early, I checked the tide timetable and as luck would have it, low tide was at 7.30am, so I left with enough time that I could go down to the beach.  It was a beautiful morning and there weren't many people around, just the usual sea swimmers and guy with a metal detector.  I'd taken my lens ball and had a bit of fun with it - one of the ladies going for a swim asked me what my crystal ball said, I told her it was going to be nice for her swim :-)

I posted this photo on instagram and Brighton Palace Pier have asked if they can use the image tomorrow, so I'm quite chuffed!

Anyway, after a nice half hour or so, it was time to head to work.  It was very busy so the time passed quickly and once I'd finished I drove to the gym to have a swim outdoors which was wonderful!

When I got home Norma was sat in the Palace with the boys, but we soon headed out to take the boys for a walk.  I cooked salmon for dinner and then the three of us went down to the undercliff walk to have a stroll and on the way back we stopped off at the White Cliffs Cafe for a drink - I was very good and declined a glass of wine and had Dandelion and Burdock instead!

The end result is that I'm posting this blip rather late in the day again and I'm getting behind on comments once more!
