How I love tenanted properties

Two years of occupation in a property which started out completely redecorated, rewired etc... and it takes two entire days to replace and repair it.... sanitising, painting / scrubbing the mud, mould and grime from all the walls, floors and ceilings, plus airing the smell out.  Industrial cleaning crew were worth their pay!   Looks nice again now.
