The Damsel Fly
Just after 9am I met up with my good mate Tom, a retired Police dog handler instructor, for some wildlife photography at Forest Farm on the outskirts of Cardiff. We were hoping for a Kingfisher but none showed after ninety minutes so we went for a walk.
Another pond was productive with damsel fly and after some patience one eventually stopped for a bite to eat and I managed a photograph.
We're off to visit my mum in hospital tonight. There's a possibiity she may be out tomorrow if her blood results keep showing an improvement in her jaundice.
