Can I give you a bit of advice? If you are thinking of making chocolate holly leaves for the first time, don't! Save yourself the anguish! Admittedly I am quite proud of these - plain chocolate covered in sliver food spray - but my success rate was very low! I must have attempted 20 of the darned things to gain these three! But then, perhaps you'd be better at it than me...
