Last minute mince pies

It was bedlam five minutes ago - me and the boy making mince pies and flour all over the place. Now he's off to watch a bit of Christmas Eve telly, I've had a bit of tidy-up and the pies are fresh out he oven. I've just polished off a small libation in the peace and quiet of the kitchen before bracing myself for stocking filling duties.
