Basque Chicken
Basque Chicken with Kaiken Ultra Malbec Mendoza Las Rocas 2015.
I love basque flavors, and this chicken was exceptional. The wine also stood out as one of my favorite Argentinian Malbecs to date. This was a pretty spectacular dinner for a Monday night.
