Ferry In

A poor shot of the NorthLink ferry just after it arrived this morning from Aberdeen. Had hoped to catch it out at sea but work got in the way again. I'm amazed at how quickly the sea can calm down after 4 - 5 days of gales. To show how quickly these boats can do the trip the south headed boat left at 7 this morning and got into Aberdeen before 4 - three hours quicker than normal.

Tesco's are getting some flack from people who think it was a waste of money to hire the hercules to bring up supplies. Interesting angle as the country shops were pretty well stocked up most of the time. Proably places likes Tesco's can never do right is some peoples eyes. Maybe good PR but they didn't have to do it.
