Grey or Yellow Wagtail

A walk by the river and a darting flash of yellow.  The bird is either a Grey or Yellow wagtail. Just when you need your telephoto lens, its in the bag and so a quick change in the rain.  So look carefully and you will see the wagtail, but which is it?  Yellow or Grey wagtail, both of which are quite rare in these parts of the country.
