Tuckered out

This is Wiggins or Wiggo.

Just 8 weeks old.

It's his first day with us as we picked him up this morning. He's been to the vets this afternoon and had his first jab and is settling in well.

He'll get his second jab and a micro-chip in 4 weeks time.

But it's been a big day for him and he's pooped out!

He's a Lurcher. We saw his mother when we picked him up and were shown a picture of his father. Both looked good strong, healthy dogs. The litter were in a stable stall and it all looked clean, tidy and well looked after. The others in the litter all looked fit and healthy too.

I wouldn't normally suggest getting a dog at Christmas, but we'd been on the look out for a suitable one for quite a while.

It just happened to co-incide with Christmas, so I wouldn't class it as getting a dog for Chistmas really.
