Wedding on the beach

A fabulous day and the rain just held off during the humanist ceremony. Afterwards up the road to a marquee for canapés and wine followed by a hog roast, paella, salads and yes wine. And on the right you can see our own fellow blipper healingdoglady, formerly shepherdess, looking beautiful in her bridesmaid dress, her sister is the bride.

The extra shows the bride and groom, her mum in pink, grandmother aged 96 and aunt who made the cake (my neighbour who occasionally features on blip as a walking partner). The wedding cake was made in two parts, a traditional fruit cake with the initials H D on the icing and a Madeira cake with elderflower butter icing and sea shells. All very special.
