Christmas Angels

Rain, all day!

A walk round the village brought me past a very old cottage, which is low down, with the downstairs windows only a few feet above the pavement.
I noticed that each one had a Christmas scene on the windowsill, with lights, and angels above.
It was a very wet and dismal, but managed to get this photo, which isn't too bad.
(just lightened it a bit when I got home!)
I thought it made a perfect blip for Christmas Eve.

We had a very enjoyable and happy time at my sisters last night. Lovely food, and I didn't drink too much! (found the word "No" worked quite well!!)
However someone else made up for it!
Good job I could tell the taxi driver the way to our house!!

We have collected the turkey from the farm.(See my blip 9th Nov)
Giblet stock now bubbling away.
Pork, sage and chestnut stuffing parcels made.
Cranberry and orange sauce made.
Vegetables to prepare.
Christmas cake..... sampled! (Well it is Christmas Eve, allowed to cut into it today!)
and it is yummy!
The rest can wait until tomorrow!

Happy Christmas Everyone!
