Messing about on the river

Yesterday M and l spent the day with Piano Lady and the Tuner from Wanaka in New Zealand. I thought it might be fun to go to Rickmansworth, a town up the way as they had a canal boat festival on the Grand Union canal there. We saw lots of brightly painted boats as we strolled along the tow path but difficult to get a photo of any boats as they were double/triple stacked on the canal edge, however l did like this little dinghy with a young lass sitting having a moment of quiet contemplation a small distance from all the razzamatazz.
We finished the day with a pizza, a very pleasant day and happy, safe travels to both Piano Lady and her husband.
