A Slice of a Sandton Street

I decided to try my hand at some street photography today. As I drove around looking for Christmas decorations or something interesting to capture, I realised how boring the streets of Sandton really are. No decorations, overgrown pavements, dirty streets and not much cheer.

I did find some people waiting at a bus stop for the last bus home on Christmas Eve. On either side of the bus stop were street vendors making food or selling sweets and snacks. I thought at least this might be interesting to my Blip friends.

The holiday mode means that I have slowed down and only went out after 2pm today. Did a few jobs and then drove around looking for an interesting photo. The next two days will be quiet as the city quietens down for the public holidays and I have nothing urgent to attend to!
